Mecysmauchenius chapo est une espèce d'araignées aranéomorphes de la famille des Mecysmaucheniidae[1].
Distribution
Cette espèce est endémique de la région des Lacs au Chili[1],[2]. Elle se rencontre vers le lac Chapo dans la province de Llanquihue.
Étymologie
Son nom d'espèce lui a été donné en référence au lieu de sa découverte, le lac Chapo.
